Terms of service

Please note the following terms and conditions, which regulate the relationship between you and us, and which you acknowledge with your booking.

Registration

a) The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed - or if a confirmation was not possible due to time constraints, but the room has been provided.

b) The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration of the contract.

c) If the content of the reservation confirmation deviates from the content of the registration, the different content of the confirmation becomes binding for the guest and the hotelier if the guest does not use the offered cancellation option within 10 days.

d) Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 4:30 p.m. Earlier arrival is possible by arrangement/registration until 11 a.m. on the day of arrival.

e) On the day of departure, the room must be made available by the guest until 11:00 a.m. Thereafter, due to the delay in vacating the room for use beyond the contract, the hotel can charge 50% of the full accommodation price (list price) until 6:00 p.m., from 6:00 p.m. 90%. This does not justify contractual claims by the customer. He is free to prove that the hotel has no or significantly lower entitlement to usage fees.

f) Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotel reserves the right to further allocate the rooms ordered after 6:00 p.m., provided the guest does not appear by then or has announced that he will be arriving.

g) Animals may only be brought in with the prior consent of the hotel and for a surcharge. The animal should be able to stay alone and silently in the room during meal times. The guest is responsible for blankets, bowls, baskets and pet food. The guest is fully responsible for damage to hotel furniture and floors. If the room cannot be rented at times - the guest is also liable for it. The hotel will bill the damage to the guest - the guest may later regulate the matter with his insurance if he wishes to.

Services, prices

a) The guest does not acquire the right to be provided certain rooms or premises unless these have been expressly agreed. If agreed rooms are not available due to technical conditions, the hotelier is obliged to seek an equivalent replacement in the house or other objects. Replacement rooms must be reasonable for the guest in terms of location, size, and equipment.

b) The hotel may change the prices if the customer subsequently wishes to change the number of rooms or guests booked, the service of the hotel or the length of stay and the hotel consents to this.

c) For group bookings of more than five rooms and contingent contracts, separate payment and cancellation terms apply, which result from the corresponding contracts.

d) The awarded prices are "inclusive" and include service charge and sales tax (VAT).

e) If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the provision of services exceeds 4 months, the hotel reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice. Price changes are permitted if the cost burden due to personnel costs or taxes changes demonstrably and the extent of the price changes corresponds to their impact.

Withdrawal (cancellation, no-show, early departure)

a) Declarations of withdrawal must be in writing.

b) Logis (individual guest): Cancellation is possible until 11:00 a.m. on the day of arrival in the reserved hotel. If you cancel after this period, 70% cancellation costs will be charged. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, 90% no-show fees will be charged. It is free to provide evidence of other rentals with significantly higher savings.

c) A cancellation within the meaning of the above regulations also applies to a change in the scope of the contract due to late arrival or early departure.

Liability

a) The contractual liability of the hotel for defects existing after the contract, which has not occurred due to a circumstance for which the hotel is responsible, is excluded. The hotel is only liable for damage suffered by a guest if the damage occurred in the course of the business and the hotel or its employees are grossly at fault.

b) The hotel is only liable for items brought up to the statutory maximum. The safekeeping of valuable objects, money, and securities can be refused. The hotel shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, unless it is guilty of intent or gross negligence, only for foreseeable and immediate damage.

c) The usage of the parking spaces at the house is at risk of the car owner.
